Registration Of New Patients
Please bring your medical card to the surgery. All newly-registered patients will be asked to complete a simple questionnaire and are entitled to attend for a new patient check-up/assessment. This enables us to meet you and assess your medical needs.

Temporary Residents
If you are staying in our practice area or passing through, you may be seen in the surgery by making an appointment. If you require any of our services, please discuss this with the receptionist.
