General Business Manager
The general manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The general manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.
Andrea is responsible for the daily management and administration of the Practice and all non-clinical aspects of your healthcare.
Team Leads: Miss Melanie Walker, Miss Claire Smyth
The receptionists are your first point of contact with the practice. They will help you obtain the medical or nursing services you require under full instructions of the doctors. Their job is very demanding and they often have to do 'six things at once' so please be patient.
