Multi Disciplinary Team

To complement our existing Primary Care team we now have a First Contact Physiotherapist,  Social worker and a Mental Health Practitioner in post in our surgery.  You can book an appointment with any of these services directly without having to see your GP.

Appointments can be booked directly without seeing the GP first.

The FCP is an expert in dealing with the joints, muscles and bones. 

FCP have advanced training and can diagnosis your condition, order tests and provide exercises to best manage your condition.

The MHP helps you to improve your mental health and emotional wellbeing through early intervention, prevention and management of your mental health. 

The Causeway Federation Group have set up a website with a range of activities and guides for all to help with their emotional wellbeing.
